The consultancy was established in 2007 with the aim of providing a bespoke compliance support service to financial services professionals.

Steve Eastment - Director

Steve is qualified to DipPFS, including JO7 Supervision, G10 Taxation and Trusts, ER1 Equity Release and CF8 Long Term Care. He has 25 years of experience within the financial services sector, including practicing as an IFA. For the last 20 years he has specialised within financial services management, particularly in the fields of compliance and Training & Competence. Steve has hands-on experience of a wide variety of distribution methods, the majority of which are within the IFA community.

Dawn Harrison – Director

Dawn began her career in the health service where she specialised in microbiology. She spent several years working for various commercial organisations before returning to research, working at Bristol University. Dawn joined the RSL team in 2009, coordinating and managing the various administrative functions within the company.

From time to time RSL may retain the services of specialist consultants, for example for detailed work on occupational pensions or for discretionary fund management. All consultants are well qualified, known personally to RSL and have worked alongside Steve for several years. All work is fully supervised.
